QUINTESSENTIALLY TRAVEL\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> TERMS AND\u00a0CONDITIONS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> These terms and conditions (\u201c<\/span>Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/b>\u201d), together with our Privacy Policy and any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your agreement with us<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>Quintessentially Travel Limited, a company registered in England with company number\u00a006648649\u00a0at\u00a0registered office address 29 Portland Place, London W1B 1QB (\u201c<\/span>Quintessentially Travel<\/span><\/b>\u201d, \u201c<\/span>we<\/span><\/b>\u201d, \u201c<\/span>us<\/span><\/b>\u201d and \u201c<\/span>our<\/span><\/b>\u201d).\u00a0Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.\u00a0In these Terms and Conditions, \u201c<\/span>you<\/span><\/b>\u201d and \u201c<\/span>your<\/span><\/b>\u201d\u00a0includes\u00a0the\u00a0first named\u00a0person\u00a0on\u00a0the booking\u00a0and\u00a0all persons\u00a0on whose behalf a\u00a0booking\u00a0is made\u00a0or any other person to whom a booking added or transferred.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p> a. he\/she has read these Terms and Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them; <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> b. he\/she consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements); <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> c. he\/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he\/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> d. he\/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> Please Note: We act in the following capacities, as a Package Organiser in the sale of a Packages\u00a0(please see clause 12\u00a0for further details) as well\u00a0as\u00a0an\u00a0Agent\u00a0on behalf of Supplier\/Principal for certain travel elements. As a result, our obligations to you will vary depending on what capacity we are acting in or what you have\u00a0purchased\u00a0from us, therefore we have outlined our differing obligations to you in the following separate sections:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> (A) Section A contains the conditions that will apply to all bookings you make with us;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> (B) Section B contains the conditions which will apply where we act as the Package Organiser for Package bookings; and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> (C) Section C contains the conditions that apply where we act as Agent.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/p> SECTION A \u2013 APPLICABLE TO ALL BOOKINGS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> This section applies to all bookings made with us. Please read this in conjunction with the relevant section below which\u00a0is applicable\u00a0to your booking.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> 1. ACCURACY OF ADVERTISING MATERIAL<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p> 2. TRAVEL INSURANCE <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract with us or your Supplier\/Principal where we act as agent. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your personal requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical\u00a0expenses\u00a0and repatriation\u00a0in the event of\u00a0accident or illness. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we, nor the Supplier\/Principal will be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> 3. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> Except where otherwise expressly\u00a0stated\u00a0in these\u00a0Terms and\u00a0Conditions, we nor the Supplier\/Principal can accept liability or pay any compensation if either of our contractual obligations to you are affected by Events Beyond Our Control. For the purposes of these\u00a0Terms\u00a0Conditions, Events Beyond Our Control means any event beyond our or our supplier\u2019s control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrorism (and threat thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, labour strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s)\u00a0concerned\u2019s\u00a0control.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> 4. SPECIAL REQUESTS <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p> 5. ACCOMMODATION RATINGS & STANDARDS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> Accommodation ratings are displayed as provided by the relevant supplier. These are intended to give a guide to the services and facilities you should expect from your accommodation or other travel arrangements. Standards and ratings may vary between countries, as well as between suppliers. We\u00a0nor the Supplier\/Principal\u00a0can guarantee the accuracy of any ratings given and no warranty is given or implied.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> 6. DISABILITIES & MEDICAL PROBLEMS <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> We are not a company which specialises in sale of services or goods for disabled individuals, but we will do our utmost to cater for any\u00a0special requirements\u00a0you may have. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your booking and\/or purchase, please provide us with full details before you make your booking and\/or purchase so that we\u00a0or the Supplier\/Principal (where we act as agent)\u00a0can try to advise as to the suitability of your chosen booking and\/or purchase. We\u00a0or the Supplier\/Principal\u00a0may require you to produce a doctor\u2019s certificate certifying that you are fit to\u00a0participate\u00a0(where applicable). Acting reasonably, if we\u00a0or the Supplier\/Principal\u00a0are unable to properly accommodate the needs of the person(s) concerned, we will not confirm\u00a0your\u00a0booking or if you did not give us full details at the time of booking, we will cancel it and impose applicable cancellation charges when we become aware of these details.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> 7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> All\u00a0customers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any hotel manager or any other person in authority, your behaviour or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any other customers or any third party, or damage to property, or to cause a delay or diversion to transportation, we or the Supplier\/Principal (as applicable) reserve the right to terminate your booking with us immediately.\u00a0In the event of\u00a0such termination our or the Supplier\/Principal\u2019s (as applicable) liability to you and\/or your party will cease and you and\/or your party will\u00a0be required\u00a0to leave your accommodation or other arrangements\u00a0immediately. We nor the Supplier\/Principal shall have any further obligations to you and\/or your party. No refunds for lost accommodation or any other arrangements will be made and payment of any expenses or costs incurred\u00a0as a result of\u00a0termination. You and\/or your party may also\u00a0be required\u00a0to pay for loss and\/or damage caused by your\u00a0actions\u00a0and we will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or losses must be paid directly to the hotel manager or other supplier prior to departure. If you\u00a0fail to\u00a0make payment, you will\u00a0be responsible for\u00a0meeting any claims (including legal costs)\u00a0subsequently\u00a0made against us and\/or Supplier\/Principal\u00a0as a result of\u00a0your actions,\u00a0together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/p> 8.<\/strong> <\/span>EXCURSIONS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p> 9. ENTRY, PASSPORT, VISA & IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS, SAFEY & HEALTH FORMALITIES <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> We can only provide general information\u00a0regarding\u00a0entry, passport, visa and\u00a0immigration requirements and safety and health formalities applicable to your Package. Where you book anything other than a Package from us\u00a0(such as where we act as agent), we\u00a0are not required to\u00a0provide such\u00a0information,\u00a0but\u00a0choose to provide this information on a complimentary basis.\u00a0However, regardless of what you\u00a0purchase, it is your responsibility to check such requirements (in\u00a0good time\u00a0before departure),\u00a0in order to\u00a0take\u00a0appropriate action\u00a0to fulfil such requirements\u00a0regarding\u00a0your destination and\/or the country(ies) through which you may be transiting through.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> Such information which you may need to check includes (but is not limited to) passport requirements including (but not limited to) how valid your passport must be after return date, whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas\/waivers may be required for entry such as ESTA for USA travel, ETIAS for EU travel or ETA for UK travel.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> \u00a0<\/span><\/p> You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant bodies as applicable. We have provided a few useful resources below,\u00a0<\/span>though it is your responsibility to check and see if such a body would be relevant to yourself<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
We endeavour to ensure that the descriptions, information and prices both on our website and in our\u00a0advertising\u00a0material are\u00a0accurate; however occasionally changes and errors\u00a0occur\u00a0and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must therefore ensure you check the current price and all other details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book with us at the time of booking.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking (e.g. diet, room location, a particular facility etc.).\u00a0You should then confirm your requests in writing. Whilst every effort will be made by us to arrange your reasonable special requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.\u00a0\u00a0The fact a special request has been noted on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation or that it has been passed on either to the Supplier\/Principal\u00a0where we act as agent\u00a0or to\u00a0our\u00a0for\u00a0Packages,\u00a0is not confirmation that the request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part nor the Supplier\/Principal unless the request has been specifically confirmed. We do not accept bookings that are conditional upon any special request being met.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for\u00a0whilst enjoying your booking\u00a0are not part of your contracted arrangements with us and\/or Supplier\/Principal. For any excursion or other tour that you book, your contract will be with the operator of the excursion or tour and not with us and\/or Supplier\/Principal. Neither we nor the Supplier\/Principal\u00a0are responsible for\u00a0the provision of the excursion or tour or for anything that happens\u00a0during the course of\u00a0its provision by the operator.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
